Our milk is sourced directly from traditional Maldhari pastoralist communities in the Jamkhambhaliya region of Devbhumi Dwarka district, Gujarat. Buffaloes graze on local Saurashtra vegetation, ensuring natural rich milk solids without artificial hormone injections or synthetic growth supplements.

The Traditional Bilona (Valona) Method

We reject industrial cream separator machines. Commercial table ghee boils centrifugal cream directly; Valona Vritti sets whole milk into curd overnight and churns the curd with a wooden bi-directional churner.

  • Yield: It takes 25 to 30 liters of whole milk to yield 1 kg of pure Bilona ghee.
  • Slow Flame Cooking: Makkhan is slowly simmered on controlled flame to retain natural aromatic compounds.
  • Danedar Crystals: Allowed to cool slowly at room temperature, forming authentic granular crystals.
